"I approached Mr. Sukhvinder Thind 10 months back to sell a land in Caddens. I asked him to advertise on Real Estate.com & Domain for which I had agreed to pay cost upfront. Mr Sukhvinder Thind convinced me that its better we don't advertise as it will definitely not fetch the price that I wanted as market was down by 20-30 % than my expectation. He saved me approx $1400/- marketing cost and instead he advertised on his website and started looking for buyers within his data bank. Through this 10 months he gave us the best advise and fetched us good price.
