Overall a nice experience doing business with him. However I feel a bit pressurised as a buyer as I was imposed upon with few things only for the sake of the vender. At the end I was a bit disappointed as few of the touch ups previously agreed upon were not done and agent tried to ignore these as being minor things. Overall good communication and was quite helpful with few requests for further inspections. I would not mind dealing with him again.
