Working with Sean was an overall great experience. Being from Melbourne it was hard for me to inspect the property, but Sean was able to create a virtual tour video specifically tailored for me. Once I confirmed my internet in the property the negotiation and communication felt open and clear which helped me feel confident buying a property in another state. Once it became offical he then supported me with finding a conveyancer that also provided a seamless process. Overall it was a great experience and i highly recommend Sean to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

We agreed to let the property go for a lot less than the original asking price, for a quick sale. When the new owner began dragging out the sale, I complained to Sean and he rectified the situation really quick and we ended up with our quick sale.
