Gets the job done
I always say ,a well presented home generally sells itself ,which in this situation was the case .The elephant in the room in this case ,when you faced with potential interest rate increases ,covid hanging around and could go on and on . But Sean has he local knowledge ,has a friendly disposition and generally want to sell homes which is a bonus .There are too many agents out there who are out for a ride at your expense without achieving a sale .I have had a number of experiences with agents in Port Pirie ,but I would highly recommend Sean at Wardle co to have a go at selling your home .I doubt you will be disappointed and you wil walk away making a good friend and hopefully with a sale .
