Lee is a hardworking guy who provided great service and a great result.
From the outset Lee proved that he could present our property to a number of prospective buyers. He kept us informed of progress with interested potential buyers on a regular basis. He always displayed professionalism in his dealings with us. Importantly he made sure that all paperwork was in order to facilitate a short settlement period for the sale of our property. Excellent customer service and communication

Lee not only looks after his Vendor but he ensures that the prospective buyer has their concerns addressed and assists in any way possible to help Buyer & Seller both achieve their objectives. Our situation was particularly difficult due to us buying from Interstate without viewing the property. Lee worked well for the vendor. He presented the property at its best. In negotiations, he got the maximum price that I was prepared to pay. He was responsive to my questions in a timely manner. He wasn't pushy or demanding, but he kept the ball rolling. He was professional in seeing the agreement through to settlement.
