Very good experience
Sean helped me buy my house and rent it out for a number of years, and then he helped me sell it. I have gotten to know him and Wardle real estate and would recommend them to everyone

Courteous and professional sales service
Sean Manfield has provided courteous and professional sales service to achieve the sale of our property in a quiet market. The sale was unique and challenging because all communication was conducted by email and calls from interstate. In fact, we met only after the exchange of contracts. I can 100 percent recommend Sean and Wardle Co RE which has also property managed the property for the past two years. Again, all handled from interstate. Thank you Sean.

A better outcome than expected
Sean achieved a great outcome for the sale of our home. As well as that, he assisted to dispose of items from the home and also the sale of our car! Truly above and beyond. Appreciated how he kept all family members in the loop and he was always timely with managing requests.

Wardle Legend !!!
Sean, was amazing, he tried really hard to find buyers and he found the one to buy our house. He always kept us in the loop of what was going on and if he was going away, he would organise other co workers, who were informed with the "going ons". Pleasant and very Happy to have had him as our Salesman.

Right from the start, Sean Manfield gave us great advice, from how to prepare our house, what price we should aim for, how to declutter and much, much more. He gave us such great advice about the market, he communicated with us the whole time, was credible and negotiated a great deal for us.
