Following an initial appraisal, we decided to appoint Carolyn Johnson to sell our home. We were impressed with her knowledge of the area, home prices and recent sales in the area. Initially we had decided to have three agents carry out the appraisal but Carolyn impressed us as a genuine, honest, trustworthy and professional lady so we immediately appointed Carolyn. The experience through the process was first class, Carolyn always responded almost immediately to phone, text and email requests even on her days off and provided us with an immediate verbal account of her conversations Carolyn had with prospective buyers following their inspection of the home.
