Right for the very first day we meet Caroline we felt she was the right person that could guide us through this very emotional sale. Caroline took the time to walk with my dad looking all over the property. We have just recently purchased a property through Warren and have found his knowledge and experience in the field to be second to none. Warren understood our scope of the type house we were after and was honest when he believed a certain house was not for us. Warren then gave us professional advice which lead us to the exact property we were after. As an agent he has been over accommodating with booking in B&P inspections. First home buying experience for myself, third for my partner. In such a stressful time, and after speaking with so many agents it felt like chatting with a friend the moment I was on the phone with Caroline. Alisa showed us around the property, she made us feel welcome and totally at ease. Love her friendly approach, it was like we just had good people around us who wanted the best for us and our circumstances. Alisa helped me through the negotiation process and I never felt pressured or like I was being tricked or pushed into anything. When we officially became new owners you could feel that Alisa was genuinely ecstatic for us, even the house warming gift she bought us was considerate of who we are (I don't drink alcohol and usually just hand over wine bottles straight to my partner - but not this time!) Alisa is coming to have a cuppa and chat with us as soon as we are settled in, I think that speaks higher than any words could say - we cannot wait to catch up.
