10/10 would recommend
This was our first time selling so we knew nothing. Rob knew and explained everything. Everything he said he would do he did and we had a contract 3 days after listing.

Reliable and honest
Rob was always reliable when he said he would be there for an inspection he would be there or would give sufficient notice if the buyer couldn’t show.

One open house and he had a buyer.
Rob was on top of it all and he had a lot to do as I live a thousand kilometres away! He went above and beyond what was expected and phoned me regularly to keep me updated with everything. I am extremely happy with the service Rob provided and would definately recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Average at Best
All for the seller, not the buyer. Laughed when I advised we would settle in 30 days, said Comm Bank was one of the worse to obtain credit and that it wouldn’t happen, it happened. A couple of other things also which I can’t be bothered mentioning. Decided to lease house once purchased through different agent.

Quick Sale, Excellent Outcome, Great experience
