Avoid Benjamin if you can. He is an amateur and has no idea what he is doing. My solicitor basically had to explain so much of the paperwork process and I was left chasing him constantly. He lies about details and provides zero trust or confidence throughout the buying process. If you are buying a property from him be careful about what you agree to. He re-negged on an agreement and then stopped responding once the payment transfer was complete and the sale closed. Benjamin is not a real estate professional at all. AVOID.
