Danish has helped us through our first home buying journey and honestly we can’t have enough thanks for all the efforts that he put in to ensure it all goes smoothly for us. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done in a timely manner and ensured that the house was delivered as we wanted. He is such a pleasure to deal with and has been very great answering all the never ending questions that we had.

For a first-time homebuyer, Abdul M was amazing. He made the process very easy and straightforward. Out of all the agents I have met during my housing search, I am glad that Abdul was the final one. Abdul has a wealth of knowledge and was excellent to work with. I wish everyone looking for a house has an agent as good as Abdul on their team.

I highly recommend Abdul Merabi - YPA Wyndham City. He is the hardest working, most sincere and transparent agent I’ve ever dealt with, and I've dealt with ALOT over the years! He was amazing throughout the entire process! Going over and beyond the call of duty, constantly impressing me with his unwavering enthusiasm and passion for his job. He really does invest his time into helping you get the absolute best result possible, so you can move forward peacefully. I received daily phone calls and texts keeping me well informed along the way. He was approachable and available for questions (and emotional councelling) at all hours of the day and night. He even took care of my home when I went away for a few days. Ensuring it was safe and secure. No REA has ever been granted a key by e before, but I knew I could trust him unequivocally. He sold my house in less than 4 weeks, before auction with 20k above asking price. I'm grateful that he left me with good memories of the selling process, which although it has been an emotional rollercoaster, it was never stressful, and that's because of Abduls exemplary service and reassurance the whole way through. I couldn't recommend a better person. Thanks again Abdul!!
