Both the purchase of a new property & sale of our home was achieved (in very quick time) because of James dedication to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved. He & his co-workers form a team of friendly professionals committed to providing reliable information with constant communication in what can be an emotional & personal time. We always felt like " he had our back" through-out the whole process.

I recommend Kirsty and James to be the agents to sell your house. Kirsty and James worked hard to obtain the best possible price in Wyndham Vale. Both Kirsty and James both have the positive energy and enthusiasm which directly obtained a great outcome I was comfortable with. They are both passionate and committed real estate agents. We had doubts working with YPA, but then, in walks James Christou… Selling our house with James was an absolutely marvelous experience, James communication with us was terrific, always keeping us in the loop daily, and answering any questions we had promptly. His passion is on another level. We worked together cohesively and James understood our needs, because he listens, and that we believe is key to a fabulous agent. James doesn’t go in to try to get a quick sale, he works tirelessly for the best one. Definitely highly recommend James Christou and will direct anyone wanting to sell their home to give James a call. We feel other REA’s could take a leaf out of James’ Book. YPA Werribee have an absolute asset in James, Thank you James, job well done! All the YPA Werribee Team, have been a pleasure to deal with.

We chose James to manage our sale based on his knowledge and enthusiasm. We were impressed with how much he knew about the area and quietly believe he eats, sleeps and dreams realestate. He kept in constant contact with us and gave hints and tips on how to present our home for sale. It sold within a week for the price we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend James to anyone thinking of selling.
