I highly recommend team YPA and Mitch's services while buying a house. I recently bought my first home. As a person who immigrated to Australia and planned to purchase a house, I needed a personal guidance to ensure I am putting my hard earned money with least risk. Mitch, even though he was representing seller, always understood my perspective as a buyer. He understood the buyer's challenge and risk being taken. Mitch never pushed me for taking any decisions. Waited while I was getting my conveyancer to respond. Put the clauses valid to suit my highly conservative risk appetite. YPA team addressed my concerns on time. Mitch helped me get the required documents from the vendor in time. Mitch, has been very respectful to my two major decisions that made me purchase a home for my family- First, I had kept him hold only to say I am choosing another property, he showed a great professional respect and congratulated me for my decision. Second, when I returned back post the previous property did not work out ( That agent pushed me beyond my comfort), Mitch again has been respectful and gave me time to decide. As a small world we all work for our career and family, when both parties consider that in the discussion, the journey becomes wonderful. Thanks to YPA team and specially Mitch.
