Fantastic and reliable agent for selling the property

We sold with the best!
We could not recommend Mitch enough. We had a quick sale with a price that was well above what we had hoped for… Mitch was flexible and accommodating…he was organised, knowledgeable and got the job done and finalised in 5 days… we never felt out of our depth and we felt well supported throughout the entire process. We had a wonderful experience for our first house sale, and will happily recommend him to friends and family.

Mitch helped us sell our investment property.
Mitch was polite and pleasant every time we spoke. He knew the area and the local amenities very well and presented the property in its best light. Mitch also liaised with the tenant to arrange all inspections and kept us well informed of how things were going. We are happy with the sale price and the length of time it took to sell. We have had a number of dealings with YPA Werribee and don’t hesitate to recommend them.
