Mitch was fantastic with the sale of our property. He knew the market like the back of his hand, recent sales etc in the area. A very astute communicator, we were informed through the entire process, and his suggestions ultimately probably led to a better than we expected sale price. He was always prompt with feedback and we were able to secure a quick sale, above the price we were expecting. His rapport with the purchasers could not be faulted (or minimalised) as we had some finance delays to work through along the way. He ensured that this ran smoothly and everything was squared away within the required time frames. From the moment I viewed the listing online I was impressed by the photos and description of the home I was interested in. When I viewed the property I found Kirsty to be exceptionally warm and friendly and very open to answering our questions regarding the property. Her assisting agents were also helpful and friendly toward my family and I. They presented the property beautifully and I noted they were generally warm and welcoming to all the other customers inspecting the property. At our second inspection, Kirsty was able to answer more questions my husband had, and made us feel more comfortable moving forward. Once we decided to buy the property she made the entire process simple, and smooth, and has maintained all dealings with high professional standards.
