My wife and I were very happy with Mitch and his professional approach. When we walked through the house we ended up buying he was friendly and more than happy to answer any questions we had regarding the house and the process involved as we were first home buyers. Mitch was very knowledgeable regarding the house and the recent improvements they had made. Mitch was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and would highly recommend Mitch to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Kirsty listened, she was courteous and very helpful, answering all questions. Her knowledge of the property and market was very reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble as she worked to bring both vendor and purchaser to a good place achieving a positive sale. Thank you!

I purchased a property just before stage 4 lockdown and I wanted a prompt settlement. She negotiated with sellers, found them a suitable settlement, kept me up to date with all information. I had questions for the owners which I sent to Kirsty and she gave me information straight away. Good communicator. Thankyou 😊

I bought 2/10 Quinlan and have had great service, been 13 years since I last bought or sold a house so had many questions and they were all answered and I had many. Could phone, email or text. never a hassle no question too small or too big. Have now listed my house for sale with James and the team at YPA. The whole team have a passion for real estate and the Werribee / Wyndham area. And amazing customer service.

Kirsty helped us thru the process of selling our 1st home. Her knowledge of the local market, the constant communication, answering all our questions, her hard work and just the positive vibe she brought not only to us but to our campaign. Kirsty made it seamless from start to finish. We could not recommend her anymore highly.

We met Kirsty over a year ago when she helped us with the sale of our investment property. Her communication was impeccable. A year later we contacted Kirsty again for the sale of our property. This time around it was a bit more personal as it was our home that we were putting on the market. Kirsty reassured us that she will be giving us updates all the way through. Amid the current covid crisis and these unprecedented times that the world is facing where at times both my partner and I were loosing faith, Kirsty kept her professionalism by communicating with us on a weekly basis and giving us updates until the sale of the property. We cannot recommend Kirsty enough and commend her for her hard work, positivity, professionalism and her continuous support till the very end of the process. Thank you Team, Thank you Kirsty Kerri & Kristine
