Kirsty has been extremely professional, kept us updated always on open houses, and expressions of interest. When she took over our account she made time to meet with us and discuss out priorities. Well presented n great knowledge of the area. Our property took time to sell but not from lack of Kirsty trying, just needed the right person to want to buy property. Thanks Kirsty n team at YPA

Kirsty was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, keeping me up to date on advertising responses, latest inspections and all other developments every step of the way. At a time when the market was relatively flat, when it would have been easy to feel discouraged, she maintained her enthusiasm and professionalism at all times, and in the end achieved the results needed. She's a great professional to have on your side.

Anyone wanting to sell property get in touch with Kirsty! Her knowledge for real estate & support throughout the selling process has been fantastic I was a little nervous having not sold before. I found YPA Wyndham City so easy to deal with. The Team were friendly and inviting. Reception staff were welcoming, easy parking, professional service. Special mention to James Antonio who went above and beyond to accommodate me with times to view houses. James was aware i was driving 3 hours to view these houses, and didn't waste my time. James was a great communicator, and kept in contact with me through the whole process guiding me step by step. Its always more pleasant when your buying a house off someone who is approachable and friendly. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking at selling or buying .
