McGrath Albury/Wodonga have been managing our rental property for 9 years, we have always found their staff to be friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. As we live in another state, we cannot pop in to view the property, they have taken photos so we can view our property virtually., on inspections. They have prompted us to perform necessary maintenance. They are a great property management service.

Couldn’t ask for a better service!
For the last 8 years my property has been leased through McGrath real estate. During that time every property manager has been prompt with requests, clear in communication and very professional. Recently our property changed tenants and Yiota went above and beyond to find the right tenants having held inspections for a large volume of applicants. She updated me at every stage of the process and helped in the selection process. It was a smooth transition and such a breeze for me as a landlord. Amazing team at McGrath!
