Despite a downturn in the market and selling at a bad time of year (December), Ben was still able to get us a good price for our property. While we were happy with all aspects of the service we received from Ben, I'd like to make special mention of a couple of things that I thought were outstanding. The marketing of our property was brilliant. The photos and video of our unit were simply amazing. The way in which our unit was presented to potential buyers could not have been better. Ben was extremely easy to communicate with and we really valued his straight to the point approach. We had paid a deposit on a house which Ben was selling for his Client, and then put our house on the market with Ben. It was known that this is not the ideal procedure. Ben was fully aware of the situation, and gave his assurance that he and Adam would give the sale of our home their utmost attention. At all times they presented a positive attitude, and their confident outlook kept us positive through what could only be described as " a stressful time". Our house was sold in just over 3 weeks, for a very satisfactory amount , considering the market was dropping at that time. At all times Ben was available to discuss how the proposed sale was progressing, and his positive approach at all times was justified when finality was achieved. We have no hesitation in recommending his services to any prospective buyers or sellers.

Ben was so easy to deal with and a consummate professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he has an extensive network to ensure anything that has to be done prior to sale is taken care of hassle free. Ben gave a realistic market assessment of our property and had it sold (at the top end of the estimation) prior to going on the market meaning we saved on the marketing costs. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Ben as an agent and will definitely be using him again for any property transactions in the shire!

Our experience of selling the above property was made simple and stress free through the diligence of Ben and the team at Pulse Property Agents. We had virtually made the decision as to whom would sell our property prior to Ben calling me from an inquiry I made on the internet. Ben politely asked if he and the team at Pulse could be given the opportunity to market our property and we agreed to meet with him and Lucas. We considered their proposal and more importantly we never felt pressured at any stage to go with them or continue with our previous plans, the only contact was a polite phone call to inform us if we wanted to sell before Christmas we needed to make a decision in order to lock in the auctioneer. I will confess that I was almost swayed to go with the larger company with offices throughout Australia but my wife was so impressed by Ben and his calm, collected approach that we finally agreed to go with Pulse. Anyone selling their home knows this is a stressful period in their life, so picking he right people to sell your property is essential to minimize the pain. I can honestly say that we made the right decision, the professionalism displayed by Ben and the Pulse team throughout the sale period was without question outstanding. I have never felt the need to write a testimonial before now and hope I do the team from Pulse justice in giving them the praise they deserve. Due to unforeseen circumstances Ben Pike took over the the sale of our house mid campaign. This turned out to be a pivotal moment for me as somewhere between our first open house and meeting Ben I became quite overwhelmed and stressed and was trying to convince my husband to pull the house from the market. Had Ben not come along I have no doubts this would have been the outcome. I think I was kind of rude to Ben at our first meeting (sorry Ben). I threw a few curly questions at Ben and dumped all my frustrations and disappointment on him at that meeting. To Ben's credit he handled the situation like a true professional and answered all my questions with understanding and sympathy. Ben presented as confident, enthusiastic and driven. I'm not sure how Ben felt when he left our house that day but I damn well felt a whole lot better! Ben made a few promises to me on that day. One being he intended to sell my house in the next two weeks. I, in turn, told Ben I intended to hold him to that promise. True to his word less that a week later.... Sold! This is not just a testimonial about a quick sale. It is about promises being kept, phone calls being returned, advice given when required, calm being shown when needed and being listened to and reassured. Ben was 100% committed in every sense of the word to our sale and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking to sell their home.
