Eric's one of the good ones. Refreshingly honest and helpful all round. It was our first time buying and Eric made the process smooth and stress-free. He was always there to answer any questions or queries and was very generous with his time, even after hours. If I were to sell, Eric would be at the top of my list. When real estate agents sometimes get a bad name, Eric gives them a good name. Highly recommend.
