A very positive experience from start to finish. We felt our views were respected but the guidance, insights and support we received from Ben and Gabby made for a seamless experience and a very positive result. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to finding a sitter for our dog during open homes. The regular updates were thorough and never left us wondering how things were progressing and the management of the auction process by the entire Pulse team made us feel we were in very safe hands.
