I first met Lucas Pratt of Pulse during 2016 when my daughter and her partner were looking to buy in the Shire. I spent the best part of that year viewing homes, meeting a variety of agents. The vast majority either completely ignored me (the grand/mother) or patronised me. Lucas was the complete opposite - personable, polite, welcoming and he had a depth and breadth of real estate in this area that was beyond his years in the industry. When it came to selling my father-in-law’s townhouse at Miranda recently, to enable his move to Aged Care, the only choice was Pulse. Along with my husband, I bought a home in 1984 and that is my sole real estate experience. Lucas, along with Ellouise, bore the brunt of our ignorance, silly questions and concerns with great patience. They put us in touch with great professionals to help with the garden and deep cleaning of the property. In a time of escalating interest rates and falling property prices, what was a stressful time was greatly eased by the professionalism and personal services of the Pulse team.
