Eric exceeded all my expectations in regards to the service that I received. He kept me well informed at every step of the process, and you could tell that he was genuinely trying his absolute hardest to get the best price possible for the property. I have dealt with agents in the past who are happy to take a quick sale so they can get their commission and move on. This was the total opposite experience with Eric. He spent days (and nights) negotiating with multiple potential buyers to increase the sale price, which ultimately resulted in an excellent final result. There were many opportunities where Eric could have suggested I accept a lower (but still reasonable) offer to save himself the hassle and time of going back and forth with potential buyers, however, he would always pursue every possible avenue until he was absolutely sure there was no further money left on the table. If you are after someone who will work all hours of the night and all weekend to produce the best result possible, Eric is your man. He is honest, genuine and hard-working, and I definitely recommend Eric to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
