Ben and his team at Pulse were great to deal with. From an initial enquiry to the sale of our unit took less than four weeks. Ben called to provide updates at all points throughout the process and was able to answer all my questions. Ben's team worked with both the current tenant and prospective buyers to arrange inspections that suited everyone, even offering the tenant an out of box incentive to ensure the property was presentable. We met Troy when our Daughter and Son in law sold their unit, they were very pleased with the result. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and service and follow up that Troy provided at this time. We mentioned we would be downsizing in the future, where and what we were looking to buy. Over the next 12 months we received follow up text messages from Troy with suggested properties that fit our brief, and market updates. His emails were often the first notification we received of properties on the market in our target area, much quicker than the agents who listed the properties and to our brief in comparison to the actual selling agents who couldn't seem to remember what we were looking for... often despite meeting us many times at open houses. The sceptic in me was sick of hearing " We will ring you back if we have anything like what you are looking for" very rarely happened. We researched the top 5 performing agents in Sutherland Shire and approached them all to sell our property. Ben stood out from the first interview because he was prepared, he was approachable, he listened to what was important to us, he communicated clearly and he set what we felt were realistic expectations. In contrast his competitors came without preparation, they spoke over us and then they spent an hour telling us how good they were, without any evidence. A couple of agents were so arrogant that they didn't even pitch for the work, which was at full/normal rates. One agent tried to win our business by setting our sights on a ridiculously high sale figure, even when you consider the current bouyant market. Having been through 10 property transactions previously, Ben stands out as a licensee who clearly runs his agency in a totally different, innovative way.
