Troy did a great job both leading up to my sale, during and also afterwards. What really impressed me was the interested he had in helping my find a property to buy. He is definitely a family man and understand that buying amd selling a property is very stressful and emotional. I felt he was there to provide more then just make his commission, if you are looking for a real estate who goes that little bit further then Troy is your guy.

As a buyer, I was new to Ben Pike & Pulse Property. It didn't take long to see that Ben undertook his position with professionalism and pride. It was an extremely well presented property and advertised to the same high level. Ultimately, Ben was working on behalf of the vendor, yet provided a high level of welcomeness and transparency throughout the buying experience. I was always provided with information I'd requested in a prompt manner, which at times were outside normal working hours. Ben went above and beyond the normal process several times to ensure the buying experience was smooth and genuine. This was reflected with the final sale price being in the vicinity of Ben's approximation and guide. I would definitely consider using Ben for any future property transactions in the future.

Eric was beyond professional upon first meeting him, he was full of knowledge about our apartment block, local sales and was able to give us realistic expectations. Never once did we feel pressured by Eric to sell, he really took the time to understand us and our motive for selling and he worked incredibly hard to make sure we got the result we were after.
