Trusting someone you do not know with your home is incredibly difficult, Geraldine allayed all my fears. She was empathetic to my needs and incredibly helpful in all areas. I never felt that I was interrupting her day with inane questions (which I did) she gave me all the time I needed to settle my nerves and answer all questions from the current market to contracts, strata, body corp etc. She was informative explaining current conditions and trends of the market and what would be realistic for my goals. I felt we worked together as a team and she made me feel that she valued my input and ideas. I looked forward to the feedback of the showings and her communication of coming appointments. There is no other agent across The Shire that knows the property market better than Ben. His knowledge is commendable & although we only met him a couple of times he was always available to answer any questions. We did however deal mainly with Joel who was always approachable & easy to communicate with which helped towards a quick, smooth selling process for all.
