Lucas and Cameron were always going to be the people to sell my Mum’s home. From the outset they instilled confidence and knew the market. The auction process ran incredibly smoothly and Lucas and Cameron kept Mum and my family up to date on all buyer inspections. From start to finish Troy has been fantastic. From the moment we contacted Troy he was honest and straight to the point. We had been told by another agent there opinion of what our property was worth, with which we were a little hesitant because it didn’t seem realistic. Troy gave us his opinion and had potential buyers ready to view our property immediately. Within 24hrs of the property going on the market Troy had an offer of our asking price to present to us. And shortly after that a second offer which we accepted. Although the contract was signed in 1 day, Troy remained professional and ever willing. Some agents may have slackened off at this point knowing that the property was under contract, yet Troy continued fulfilling his duties and carried out flyer drops and another 2 open houses.
