To potential sellers, I’ve had the opportunity work with Ben on two house sales now, one in an up market, the other in a falling market. The test of a good agent is how they perform in a falling market. Selling a house in a falling market is extremely stressful/upsetting, and requires an agent that is willing to put in the work. Ben has been amazing here. In an extremely tough market, he managed to secure a sale when nothing else was really selling.
