Market knowledge: Michael has an outstanding knowledge of the Manly market and I have relied on his intimate awareness since 2005. He continues to be on point, and has a clear ability to ensure any price guides are both realistic and achievable. Communication: Communication is key is any sales role and Michael in my experience will go above an beyond to ensure as either the buyer or seller you receive very clear, concise and honest updates. Unlike many, Michael does not play games and is a very straight shooter. Professionalism: Trust, honesty and integrity. That is how I describe Michael's professionalism.
