Fast and furious property deal
I had my mind set on finding an investment 1 bed unit in Manly upon my return from 6 months overseas. I found one in the first week I was back on the market. It was for sale at a fixed price. I offered the full price without negotiating and.... I got it. It helped that I new my market well but Michael Egan was also extremely helpful and went to great extend to make the deal happen within 2 days of my offer. We exchanged 2 days later and will settle in the next 2 weeks, well ahead of Christmas! It is such a real pleasure to deal with experienced and no b..t real estate agent! I would absolutely recommend listing your property with Micheal should you wish a no fuss and fast sale.

Adam from Stone was impressive from start to finish, at our first inspection he took the time to understand our needs and actually recommended another property....we inspected it the same day and within 48 hours had exchange contracts. Adam was open and honest throughout and demonstrated a refreshing amount in integrity for a real estate agent!

What a Pleasure
We purchased our apartment from Candice so we were well aware of her professionalism as the purchasers and so it was a very easy and natural choice to put our apartment back in Candice's capable hands as the Vendors. Candice's cheery professionalism from the beginning was well appreciated and it underscored her intimate understanding of the market and our expectations. Candice is a great communicator, kept us up to date at all times and we are thourougly pleased with the outcome that she achieved. It is somewhat sad that our association comes to a close at settlement, but i suspect we may be back.

Great Experience
I'm very excited about my new purchase in Manly. Both Candice and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with . At no time during the process did I feel uncomfortable or any anyway pressured . I feel they both represented their client and me equally. I believe by their efforts both parties walked away feeling a fair result was achieved , which is not the case always .
