I know we all think agents get paid very well. We are no exception. Mitch was unknown to us and we gave him the sticky job of selling a small farm. It was complicated, and, didn't get any easier as the sale progressed. We set a from and up to price. Somehow Mitch obtained a price above the top target. When buying property, there is a concept, the agent is only there to represent the sellers. At no time did we have a sense this was the case with Steve. Over several weeks from initial home open , right through to the purchase process to key handover, every query by us, plus settlement correspondence was promptly addressed completely. Including help with finding local professional inspectors We both thankfully appreciated the extra effort in assisting us with a move without complications.
