Can not recommend Ned any more highly! From start to finish her service went above and beyond to ensure the process of selling my home went smoothly and effortless. Any queries I may have had were always quickly responded to by Ned and Tash. A pleasure to deal with and will be using Team Ned again to purchase my next home!

Mitch was knowledgeable about the property and local area. We were given an online viewing of the property while we were living interstate which was very helpful. Mitch kept us updated during the purchasing process and we valued the service we received from him and his team.

Settlement did not go as planned and if it was not for Ned I would not have known what was going on and would have felt a lot more anxious than I did. Her good humour, her commitment, her professionalism, went beyond what would be reasonable to expect. I have nothing but praise for her.

The overall experience was fine, sellers made it hard at times but Denby kept us up to date every step of the process and was very easy to communicate with. She was lovely

Mitch and the team where fantastic to deal with once I had figured out what type of house and land I wanted, mitch was on the hunt, that very same day mitch had something for me to look at that I might be interested in. Well by that Evening my offer was in, accepted and signed. It was so quick and hassle free. Thanks to Mitch and the team at Lj Hooker collie!

As first time home buyers, we appreciated the time that Steve spent answering our questions about the house. He is approachable and professional and we always felt like we could ask Steve a question and get an honest answer. We would like thank Steve, Renee and his team for all their hard work.

Buying a property is a pleasure. Patience with the banks isn't my virtue so Mitch was brilliant at that. A very gracious, encouraging and realistic approach to a budget priority purchase. I happily recommend Mitch and his crew for purchasing and selling.

Steve & Team Germon were great to deal with, as was the whole LJ Hooker crew. Very timely communication, accurate information regarding the market and great local knowledge of the Australind area. We had a quick sale (less than a month) from a qualified buyer who was pre-approved for finance.
