Pat was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy/sell a property. During the purchase of our new home he was extremely organised, nothing was too much trouble and everything ran very smoothly. Overall a great experience.

I am so grateful to Mitch and the team at LJ Hooker for selling my home so promptly! I found Mitch to be very knowledgeable about the Collie market and I knew by reading his previous reviews he was highly recommended in town and had many happy customers! Mitch had people walking through the first day the sign was up and my home sold in a week!!!!!!! Mitch made the entire process so easy from start to finish and I love his approach to sales, he makes everyone from every walk of life comfortable!! I highly recommend Mitch and the team at Collie LJ Hooker, they made the sale process so easy! Thank you!

Her local knowledge was the reason we went with Ned. Has a great sense of community values & seems to really care. We got the exact buyer we wanted in an incredible short time.

Mitch and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly in assisting us with buying our first home. Mitch was honest and not once did we feel rushed or pushed towards making a decision. All documents were sent to and from efficiently and we were able to settle upon our settlement date. Buying our first home was an easy and straightforward experience.

Well! What can we say to best describe how thrilled we are with Ned’s involvement in helping us find the best property to suit our needs. As investment buyers, needing to make our money work for us, she listened to our list of requirements and budget restraints. It did not take Ned long to ascertain what we were after and to match us with the ideal property. We could not be happier with her understanding of the market and her professional approach to her work. And ... let us not forget her caring attitude to all parties involved and consistently cheerful demeanour. As buyers from out of the area, our only sorrow is that we do not know anyone in the Bunbury/Collie area to whom we can recommend her services!
