I don't usually rate a service but feel Helen Povey deserves feedback for the work she put into finding me the home that ticked the boxes and suits my lifestyle. Helen made a genuine effort to know what type of home I was looking for, where I wanted it and why. Just as importantly she took on board what I didn't want and why. Helen followed through on any queries I had and ensured the issues raised by independent inspectors were rectified. She proved to be a good negotiator with parties to the process and I purchased the property I was looking for.
