Thanks Ned we would not have looked at this property as it was over our budget however we were successful in our bid. Ned your professionalism was exemplary, and your care factor as high. The vendors left the property without any attempt at cleaning and Ned went in a swept and cleaned down surfaces, needless to say it was greatly appreciated by us. Also upon checking one of the two smoke alarms is not working and she is also looking into that for us post completion. I have just heard the smoke alarm has also been resolved great job.

I recently bought an investment property, which was in a state, to say the least. Given the covid19 situation, everything was done via email and over the phone. Every request I made was answered promptly and without hassles. The whole process was very transparent and easy. It was only when the property settled and I saw Mitch in the office did I realise I had never met him. Yet I felt that I did. This was certainly the most pleasant dealing with an agent while buying a property I have had.

Not being from Bunbury and living in the goldfields Brent was a super wonderful sales rep in the sale of our block in Capel. He first found our buyers for our block and we were wrapped at how quick it all happened, however the buyers want extra time and we had changed our minds by then and decided to keep it... Only to change our minds much later... Brent went out if his way to see if the couple were still looking for a block and lucky for us they were and he managed to get an offer which this time we agreed and did sell..
