I really appreciated the support that Mitch gave to me while I was buying the house. He made himself readily available and answered my questions in a timely manner. His efficiency in getting the buyers to agree to a price and have the documentation ready for signing was incredible. I particularly loved the red bow on the front door and my daughter was very jealous as she did not get one when she bought her house. Mitch had his work cut out for him with a deadline to meet for the sale of the house. Before it was even listed online he had 2 people through the property and an offer that day! I was warned that with the property market the way it is many houses would take time to sell however with his advice it all ended up going through smoothly and within time.
