Ned is an amazing real estate agent , who has been helping us buy and sell for many years now. She communicates clearly, listens carefully to your needs and requirements, and is always willing to help. She helped us sell our property and guided us through every step of the process. She assisted with all the details that needed to be managed, taking a great deal of pressure off of us during what was already a stressful time as we had already relocated. Her professionalism, dedication and proactive approach made the entire experience much smoother and less overwhelming. We highly recommend Ned to anyone looking for a Knowledgeable, reliable and supportive real estate agent.

Karen provided excellent communication at all times. Karen is an experienced negotiator and my husband and I always felt well informed with clear, concise answers . Karen has exceptional people skills with an abundance of knowledge within real estate. Karen explained all paperwork and the process of purchasing a home as it had been 15 years since our last purchase.

It has been a pleasure working with Katie on this purchase. Despite a number of challenges and delays for the settlement from my end, Katie remained highly cooperative, responsive, and professional throughout. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she managed the relationship with the vendor very effectively, helping to navigate a complex situation to finally get to a good outcome. I would strongly recommend Katie to anyone looking to buy or sell property, and I would gladly work with her again in the future.

Overall Judy is a force to reckon with. Unbelievable knowledge of her market on the supply side of things and potential buyers. It was brilliant working with Judy as an agent who is a master of her craft. Judy operated at a kung fu level of skill.
