I dealt with Helen for a recent purchase and appreciate her openness and honesty in communication. She was professional and put the sellers interests first however never did I feel like she was playing the game. I’ve bought and sold a couple of properties now so I’ve had the experience with classic sales agent using tactics that make you feel wary.
