We originally chose to list with James due to his impressive online marketing and his reputation amongst other South Bunbury sellers. Once we met him we were instantly comfortable with James. He is friendly and down to earth, while offering professionalism, honesty and realistic advice. James kept regular, one on one contact throughout the short sale of our home, even returning phone calls on weekends and evenings if we had questions. From feedback and advice to home opens, we dealt with James directly rather than dealing with an assistant or texts and emails. We received an excellent price for our home and will definitely be using James again for the sale of our next project!

Mitch is very personable. He is sincere and extremely helpful. We had an unfortunate experience with our first agency and were required to re-list the property.
