I contacted Steve initially to get an appraisal done on a unit I owned. He got back to me very quickly with a price and things lined up from there. He suggested a marketing plan specific to investors, as I had a long term tenant in there. Everything ran smoothly, I actually got slightly more for it than I had anticipated and best of all, there were no interruptions to the tenants way of life.
