James O’Niell is like a dog with a bone. We first spoke to James about 2 years ago when we were thinking about selling our house but at the time we were not quite ready to sell so we left it. James touched base with us a few times a year to see where we were at and when the time was right I approached James to come for a visit to give us an evaluation. From the day of evaluation he had 2 offers for us over asking price within one week. A few days later we accepted the great offer. James is a straight up guy and does what he says he is going to do. He made the process simple and easy and outlined clearly what needed to be done to give us the best outcome. We received what I believe to be well over market price for the area and I couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism.
