As an ex Realestate Principal I have a high standard. My country property sale had some unexpected difficulties to complicate the process. A theft and tenant issues. She attended to these in a professional and positive manner with good outcomes. Some of these are ongoing and she is seeing these through to completion even though settlement has occurred. Professional in her approach, I found her to be genuine and honest, which is a rarity in the realestate industry. I am very happy with the whole experience and the price. Kate was very impressive from our first meeting right thru to settlement. She organised all the trades to fix up the property, organised the dressing of the property and then had the property sold, over the advertised price, within a fortnight.
