Forget the myth that that agents are paid for "doing nothing". David Walker and Anna Cavill work super-hard for their clients. Knowing that I was busy, Anna took on just about everything involved in getting our house ready for sale..... arranging quotes, meeting with the stylists, letting tradespeople into the house.. and did not claim one cent commission over-and-above the standard commission!! The place ended up looking amazing. David knew just how to price and market the property, which ended up selling at a price that we were extremely happy with. These guys work hard to secure the best price, and are able to negotiate strategically, whilst still being entirely upfront and honest. Communication was excellent, and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!!
