Due to absence on a holiday, Tom liaised with family members on our behalf, until we returned and were able to view the property for which they all showed such enthusiasm! With a very limited time in which to educate ourselves about the property in order to make an informed decision, Tom and the team provided a step by step outline of the requirements and then it was up to us to to follow through. Given we weren't planning a move, and haven't done so for 30 years, there was a lot to take in!! Tom was patient and personable, listened to our questions and concerns and found solutions as needed. We were successful in our negotiations through Tom with the vendor... It seems we're moving house!!
