Tom and Logan combined professionalism with high energy and great communication. From the outset, Tom was transparent with the sales process, competitive with rates and highly professional with his dealings with us and also prospective buyers. We put our property on the market just as COVID19 hit - a very scary time to sell. Tom was fantastic and worked really hard for us, shifting approach to boost online marketing (with a great video) and organise private inspections. Tom and Logan provided regular updates and organised inspections at times to suit our working from home/online schooling schedules - a real balancing act. We were concerned about the impact of COVID19 on our sale price but Tom and Logan got us the price we wanted.
