Where can I start.... I chose Nikki as she is the number 1 agent in my area and really seemed to be selling the most properties for great prices. My sale process got started nice and smoothly with Nikki giving great tips on styling and presentation for my house, the photos and video were amazing and we only did 3 open homes which was fabulous. The buyers were not easy to deal with and Nikki even came out to an unexpected inspection on New Years Day! How many agents would do that? Not many I bet. During the paperwork and contract process, I was guided through by her team and it was great to have someone to call and answer any questions I had.
