Selling our house with Nikki was a seamless experience. From the first time I contacted Nikki about selling our house, she made every effort to ensure she was available and provided exceptional advice. Nikki and her team supported us through the whole process.

We knew from the moment we met Nikki that she was the right person to sell our beloved home. Nikki is a confident, friendly, and quick thinking agent who fights hard to get the best result for her clients. Nikki worked extremely hard to get an unconditional sale within our time frames and nothing we requested from her was too much trouble. Her communication is exceptional and her belief in herself and her profession is outstanding. We would highly recommend having Nikki as your agent to sell your home. Thank you Nikki and Jordan for everything you did to help sell our home so fast.

We engaged James to sell our property because of his impressive professional and personal experience of property sales in our area and his honest down-to-earth approach. He has exceeded all our expectations. From our initial appraisal, he has been open, professional and always available - keeping us updated on all feedback and ensuring that what is often a stressful process, ran smoothly and efficiently. If you are looking for a focussed, trustworthy and hardworking agent, who returns every call promptly and follows up every lead you won't do better than James. His service was first class, as was our result. We would highly recommend him.

Michael was amazing to work with. Young, enthusiastic, and really worked hard to get the best price for us. We were super impressed. A really nice guy who will go the extra mile for you as a seller. We had tenants to deal with as well, but he made the process easy for them too ... being very considerate of their needs while getting people through the property. Our house sold within a few weeks for a great price! Best real estate agent we have ever used!
Michael Harvey
This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Michael and Team Harvey. I originally bought this house just over 12 months ago through them. As a buyer the dealings were nothing but professional. Moving along I had no hesitation appointing them as my agents. I continually get market updates for my area and I was confident they knew what my property was worth when it came time to sell. Throughout the campaign I was kept in the loop, updated and communicated with perfectly. All of this ended up in a sale on Auction Day for an absolutely great result. Would recommend anyone selling in Runaway Bay to get in contact and use Team Harvey.

I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents over many years and would rate Trent not just in the top five but as the best I have ever dealt with. He was always available and willing to assist and nothing was a trouble to him. He went over and above to make sure any concern or question I had was answered even though this at times increased his work load in finding out the answers he was happy and willing to oblige. I would not hesitate to recommend Trent to anyone looking to buy real estate. Most importantly he is down to earth and does not carry on with the typical real estate BS.

Nikki was very professional, well-informed of the market. Nikki was super prompt in responding to all our queries, regardless of the time, the response was always instant which is undoubtedly convenient especially when time is critical. She kept us informed throughout the buying process, regular status updates and follow-ups to check if she can assist on any matters. We would certainly love to work with Nikki in the future.
