I first met Michael and Andrew 2-3 years ago, when I first considered selling my property. As a team they were great. They gave an indication of the achievable price, which was on a par with my thoughts. I decided not to sell at that point. Michael would phone me every few months to update me on current market trends. He never pushed or hard sold me, on using he and Andrew in future. 4 weeks ago I rang Michael to let him know that I was ready to sell. He and Andrew visited, recommended a marketing plan, ordered signage and put the property on the market. We received a number of genuine offers, slightly below my expectation in the first couple of weeks. Michael negotiated with the potential buyers and achieved a price that I was happy with. The purchaser lifted his offer quite a way, after a number of phone conversations with Michael. A great result for myself and the interstate purchaser.
