A professional agent that goes above and beyond! Highly recommended!
Michael Harvey recently sold my house when other agent's in the past simply couldn't. I tried numerous other agencies that promised they could get high numbers for selling my home, low fees etc, only to have my time wasted. Michaels knowledge, negotiation skills, communication, integrity and honesty is literally second to none. He was able to sell my house at a time where I had extremely difficult tenants and was able to find a resolution every time. Throughout each step, Michael maintained excellent communication between all parties which made the process pleasant and efficient. An agent that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Michael Harvey and his team and look forward to having the pleasure of using him in the near future on the sale of my next property.

Makes the selling process so easy
Michael and Andrew Harvey at Harcourts Coastal had the house sold within 4 days of my contact at a significantly better price than expected. Their service could not be more responsive. They have bent over backwards to our every request. It's no wonder that their signage, covered with SOLD signs, dominates the area.

Very Honest; Never Pushy
We met Glenys in February 2021 when she showed us through a property she had advertised & which we ended up purchasing. She allowed us the time & space to discuss the property between ourselves & was never pushy. She was very honest about the pros & cons of the property. Glenys & her PA worked as a team & were very responsive when we sought clarification on settlement related matters. An added bonus was her local knowledge of the area which was very beneficial to us, having come from interstate.

Five Stars in the truest sense
I first met Michael and Andrew 2-3 years ago, when I first considered selling my property. As a team they were great. They gave an indication of the achievable price, which was on a par with my thoughts. I decided not to sell at that point. Michael would phone me every few months to update me on current market trends. He never pushed or hard sold me, on using he and Andrew in future. 4 weeks ago I rang Michael to let him know that I was ready to sell. He and Andrew visited, recommended a marketing plan, ordered signage and put the property on the market. We received a number of genuine offers, slightly below my expectation in the first couple of weeks. Michael negotiated with the potential buyers and achieved a price that I was happy with. The purchaser lifted his offer quite a way, after a number of phone conversations with Michael. A great result for myself and the interstate purchaser. Michael and Andrew were a pleasure to deal with. If you require a professional and honest team, Team Harvey is the BEST. No pressure, just good communication and a totally professional attitude.
