Friendly, enthusiastic and personal serivce
It was such a pleasure selling our home through Vanessa and the extended My Coast Realty team! Over the Christmas/New Year period, at such a busy time of the year, she went above and beyond to ensure the smooth sale of our home. She had great knowledge of the current local market, always provided us with timely honest advice, and kept us in the loop with potential buyers. Nothing was ever a problem for Vanessa - after the sale of our home in Devonport, she even assisted us in finding somewhere to live in our new home town and followed up to ensure we had settled in well. Compassionate and considerate whilst still achieving the best outcomes!
It's easy to forget that buying a home isn't always about the start of a new life and adventure together. It is often also about rebuilding a life, when relationships dissolve. We cannot articulate enough how wonderful Vanessa has been in navigating our family through this process. Allowing them to start a new life in a wonderful new home.
