Market Knowledge: I cannot really comment on this because I was specifically interested in the property listed in the title (i.e., I was not inquiring Travis about any other similar properties on the market. I rather gave myself some time to get an overview/feel of the market myself). Communication: There is nothing more I could have wished for. My experience & impression: Swift and "as best to his knowledge" answers/responses to any queries I had and he was not too "pushy" (as I experienced many realestate agents in the past to be) in requesting feedback, my oppinion, and/or review(s) of any kind. I also had the impression he was honest and reasonable (i.e., not the classical "there are no issues, at all" attitude). Professionalism: I felt that Travis acted in all aspects very professional. I would even say that he "went the extra mile" in taking the interests of both sides (i.e., seller AND buyer) into account; in the past, I often encountered the common SALES agents - These do not fall into the category of "Realestate Agents" in my books. I hope this review helps... ...I whatever way. It must be pretty obvious that I do not belong to any species in the realestate business 😀!

I didnt find this agent to be knowledgeable and had poor communication. Most times i found that i had to contact them about what was going on with the property. I also felt that they were acting more on the best interest of the other client and not me with multiple price drops on the property. I felt his priorities were elsewhere and I would not recommend him as an agent. On sale of the property again no communication! very poor service as an agent.
